Olive-Oil Mill Automatic Control System
The System controls each stage of the olive-oil production process from the entrance of the batch to the olive mill until the olive-oil storage in the dedicated oil tanks. A brand new application developed by our team and introduced into oliveoil mills for the first time ever, is the batch/customer traceability process - a very effective application, because it evaluates, records and archives all critical parameters of the olive-oil production process.

The system is modular, can be installed gradually, in any order of preferance for the remaining modules (sections). The base of the system is the automatic control of the kneader's line on top of which all the remaining sections can be added in form of extensions.

Process Traceability
The system continuously monitors all aspects of the olive-oil production process, from the fruit entering the mill to oil storage in the tanks. It records and archives all critical parameters such as:
Time and date of import of the lot
Producer's name, olive variety and batch number
Paste temperature, kneading time per kneader
All parameters of the olive-oil weighting process
Tank where the lot was stored
Olive Paste Temperature Control
Olive paste temperature stability during kneading at the user-selected level, with automatic flow adjustment of heating water
Real time temperature display of olive paste per kneader
Notification when out of selected limits
Record and archive of temperature values per kneader, producer and batch
Preservation and printing of all temperature records as per P.D.O.
Monitoring of the hydraulic pressure of the kneaders heating water
Olive Oil Weight Process
Real time automatic recording and indication of all batch quantities involved in the weighting process

Olive Paste Flow Measurment
This is the only reliable way for measuring the olive paste flow to decanter and consequently the production capacity/capability of the whole mill.
It is a standalone system, and communicates with the main control unit.
It includes an LCD display on the flowmeter with current and cumulative flow values.
It is delivered with wiring instructions and the required piping to adapt to the supply pipe of the decanter.
Olive-Oil Storage Tanks Management
The system records in real time and archives all olive-oil storage parameters. It also performs automatic transfer of pre-selected quantities to and from the tanks. It in particular measures and automatically adjusts when applicable:
Quantity/volume of olive oil per storage tank
Current temperature of olive-oil per tank
Inert gasses (nitrogen/argon) pressure per tank
